Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber
HyperBaric Oxygen Therapy is the use of oxygen in a pressurized chamber greater than one ATA (atmosphere absolute). This non invasive oxygen delivery is the most trusted way to increase oxygen levels to all cells and organs of the body. The typical treatment lasts 60 minutes while the patient lies down, relaxes and breathes normally.
-
Hyperbarics is a technology in which the air pressure in the environment is increased. When a person's body is placed in a more pressure environment, it absorbs more oxygen molecules per volume of compressed air. The body normally transports oxygen via the hemoglobin of the red blood cells. By increasing the air pressure, oxygen is then driven into the body's fluids, allowing a super-saturation of tissues and organs with oxygen. The increased pressure infuses the body with oxygen, even reaching injuries with damaged circulation.
-
Hyperbarics has a very good safety record. Many hyperbaric centers report only mild ear discomfort as a contraindication to therapy. Such a discomfort is similar to the ear pressure felt when ascending or descending in altitude.

Exercise with Oxygen Therapy (EWOT) is a training method that combines light exercise with oxygen therapy to increase the amount of oxygen in your bloodstream. EWOT can have many benefits, including increased energy, as it helps you feel more energetic during your workout, enabling you to push yourself and burn more calories. It also promotes faster recovery by helping you recover from workouts and injuries faster through increased oxygen levels and promoting tissue repair and regeneration, leading to reduced soreness and quicker healing times.
-
The benefits of improved oxygen circulation can be attained by everyone, regardless of current illness or injury. In fact, EWOT speeds up recovery and strengthens the immune system.
-
As we get older the tendency is to slow down. This results in less oxygen getting into your cells. EWOT can radically change cellular oxygenation leaving you feeling, and looking, years younger.
-
Elite athletes can benefit from faster recovery, higher workload tolerance, improved oxygen uptake, and improved mental acuity when using EWOT as part of their training and in competition regime.
