With over 31 years of experience in the wellness, health, and fitness industry, Wende Jones has dedicated her career to helping individuals achieve their best physical and mental well-being. As the founder and owner of Phoenix Wellness Center, she is passionate about integrating the latest trends and technologies, including biohacking opportunities, to empower her clients in their pursuit of lifelong wellness. Her holistic approach combines cutting-edge methods with personalized care, ensuring each client experiences sustainable results. Through her leadership and vision, Wende Jones has built a space where people can transform their lives, improve their health, and unlock their full potential.

Candice has been on the Phoenix team since June 2021. She discovered her passion for training while on her own fitness journey in our gym. Candice soon joined Wende’s training program thru AFAA & the rest is history. Upon discovering her love for Pilates, Candice soon plans to get certified & specialize on our Pilates Reformers. Helping people feel better, hit goals, and gain confidence is what keeps Candice motivated!  

CANDICE

Kristi is a dancer turned yoga enthusiast, who found balance in yoga amidst a busy life. She's completed her 200-hour Yoga training and is finishing her 300-hour with North Texas Yoga. She aims to help students experience yoga's benefits at all life stages, with a preference for teaching Gentle and Vinyasa classes. Off the mat, Kristi works in a legal department, enjoys an active lifestyle with her family, and has a soft spot for homeless dogs, owning three!

KRISTI

Addi has had a lifelong connection to the gym and has decided to follow in her mom, Wende's footsteps. In 2022, she reopened Wende's former Cheer & Tumbling Business, "Empowered," and has discovered a passion for working with children and helping them develop their tumbling skills. Currently, Addi now obtained her certification as a Personal Trainer and has joined Phoenix. She is incredibly enthusiastic about growing and building a career in the fitness industry!

Despite the challenges of being a mother to four teenage boys, Sarah pursued her passion for helping others by enrolling in the AFAA personal training course and obtaining her certification through Wende. While simultaneously focusing on her health journey, Sarah has successfully shed 80 lbs over the past year. Sarah is an exceptional personal trainer with a genuine enthusiasm to support individuals in achieving their goals. Sarah's ability to provide encouragement and motivation to her clients is inspiring, and her presence in the fitness community continues to make a positive impact on the lives of many.

RYAN

Ryan's upbringing in West Texas and Eastern New Mexico shaped his strong work ethic and values. As a standout high school baseball player, he earned a college scholarship at the University of Georgia and later played professional baseball for nine years. After retiring, Ryan became a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor and a certified Life Coach, driven by his own recovery journey and a desire to help others.

Carly has been Phoenix’s early morning trainer since October 2020, after recieving her certification through Wende’s trainer program. Carly has a passion for Pilates, running, and exploring the weight room. Outside of training, Carly is studies nutrition and kinesiology, and works full-time in substance abuse treatment. Carly believes when you are exercising, eating nutritional foods, and spending time outside your quality of life improves significantly and implements that belief into her daily life.
