Our Recovery Room is the perfect space to rejuvenate your body and mind. Equipped with a sauna and cold plunge, it offers a powerful combination for muscle recovery, detox, and relaxation. Available to both members and non-members, sessions are customizable for 30 or 60 minutes.

Hyberbaric Oxygen Therapy

HyperBaric Oxygen Therapy is the use of oxygen in a pressurized chamber greater than one ATA (atmosphere absolute). This non invasive oxygen delivery is the most trusted way to increase oxygen levels to all cells and organs of the body. The typical treatment lasts 60 minutes while the patient lies down, relaxes, and breathes normally.

Exercise with Oxygen Therapy (EWOT)

EWOT is a training method that combines light exercise with oxygen therapy to increase the amount of oxygen in your bloodstream. EWOT can have many benefits, including increased energy, endurance, and calories burning. Increased oxygen levels also promote quicker recovery through tissue repair, regeneration, and reduced soreness.
